All data is deemed ‘Commercial in Confidence’ unless otherwise requested, in writing.

Security of Payment Information
Credosity maintains controls to provide security over certain financial information you provide us, including credit card details, during the purchase process.

We use Stripe to process credit card payments online. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

Please note that third-parties have their own privacy policies, and although Credosity’s agreement with them does not allow the other transacting party to use this information for anything other than providing payment services, Credosity is not responsible for their actions, including their information protection practices.

You may prevent having Credosity use, transmit or share your personal and financial information for credit card transactions by not providing the information for this purpose and choosing another payment method. By providing this information for credit card transactions, you are consenting to its use in this manner for this purpose.

Changes to our privacy policy

Sometimes it will be necessary for us update and change our privacy policy. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. We may notify you about changes to our privacy policy by posting an updated version on our website.

Access to your information

You may request access at any time to personal information we hold about you by emailing us at hello@credosity.com. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible but may charge you a fee where access is provided.
